Whiskey, Vandalism, and Aliens star in O’Brother’s “Lo” Music Video
Genre-bending rockers O’Brother have released their first music video to accompany 2011′s critically acclaimed release, Garden Window. The video for Garden Window’s first single and poppiest track, ‘Lo’, shows a group of reckless teens going on a whiskey fueled rampage that ends in a strange and unsettling experience in an abandoned church. This storyline is interspersed with performance footage showing the band jamming out on dirty, dust covered instruments. The song’s driving beat and distortion drenched guitars provide ample fuel for the rampant footage as lead vocalist Tanner Merritt’s eerie wail provides the lyrical hooks and turns of phrase.
